Her happy place? Trying new restaurants, lounging with her cat, or catching the latest Bachelor show.

ASSISTANT MANAGER/EVENT COORDINATOR

Noel is a master of turning dreams into reality. Known for her warm personality and eye for detail, she makes the planning process feel effortless and fun. Working with her means less stress and more magic!

Off the clock, she’s likely jet-setting, snowboarding, or trying something delicious from around the globe.

EVENT COORDINATOR

Brittany brings energy, creativity, and a heartfelt approach to every wedding she plans. She loves crafting unique ceremonies that reflects each couple’s personality and vision.

Beyond weddings, Brittany runs Mt. Hood Dance Studio, teaching multiple styles and hosting recitals, while also being a busy, proud mom of three boys.

With a degree in French and Hospitality Business Management from Washington State University, Carolyn has worked in the events world since 2017. She joined Lakeside Gardens in 2024, bringing warmth, organization, and a love for celebrating life’s biggest moments.

When she’s not planning events, you’ll find her reading, travelling, or enjoying time with friends and family.

EVENT COORDINATOR

A proud Beaver with a marketing degree from Oregon State University, Anna found her way into wedding coordination by helping her friends’ wedding, then word spread! She left the tech world and never looked back, now pursuing her dream full-time in the wedding industry.

Outside of work, Anna is a travel lover (7 countries and counting!), prefers matcha to coffee, books over sports, and has a soft spots for cats.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT OF OPERATIONS

Andre keeps our team running smoothly with sharp organization, clear communication, and a talent for juggling timeline. He makes sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Outside the office, Andrew is a skilled photographer who’s captured many of our promotional shots. He also enjoys video games and keeping an eye on the stock market.

CHEF

With over a decade of culinary experience and a passion for Japanese cuisine, Cong brings bold flavor and precision to every dish. He also owns his own restaurant, showcasing his mastery in Asian cuisine. When he’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find him fishing or cooking up delicious meals for his family!

Chef Nick infuses the Lakeside kitchen with energy, creativity, and serious skill. A seasoned chef and passionate musician, he plays in 3 local Portland bands and teaches music to kids in his free time. his love for food and community makes him an unforgettable part of our team.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

A graduate in both the University of Texas in Austin and Le Cordon Bleu in France. In Texas, Derek brings world-class expertise to our culinary team.

From catering several celebrities, including former George W. Bush & Lyndon B. Johnson, to launching his own salad dressings at Whole Foods Market, his journey is as impressive as his food. With award-winning dishes and a heart rooted in family, Derrick leads our kitchen with excellence and heart.
