Freshly Prepared. Beautifully Served.
Our dedicated in-house culinary team is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences that are every bit as memorable as your celebration itself. From timeless favorites to customized cultural menus, every meal is thoughtfully prepared using quality ingredients and served with care by our experienced staff.
By keeping catering entirely in-house, we maintain complete control over every aspect of your dining experience. From preparation and presentation to timing and service. This allows us to serve fresher food, coordinate seamlessly with your event timeline, and ensure every course is delivered at its best. We are also happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions and food allergies, offering thoughtfully prepared options so every guest can enjoy a delicious meal with confidence.
Rather than juggling multiple vendors, you'll enjoy the convenience of one experienced team managing every detail of your dining service, creating a seamless, stress-free experience from your first bite to the last. Our goal is to provide exceptional cuisine, attentive service, and a dining experience that your guests will remember long after the celebration ends.

Chef Nick is a culinary force here at Lakeside Gardens. With a passion for all things food, Nick brings energy and light to the kitchen and staff. With years of experience in the kitchen, Nick's passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences has made him a standout figure in our company. When he's not cooking up masterpieces in the kitchen, Nick enjoys playing guitar in three local Portland bands. He also uses his free time to teach music lessons to children. We are so glad to have Nick as a part of our culinary team.
